Items are made to order, returns are not accepted unless the item arrives faulty.
Items will not be refunded or exchanged if you have not ordered the correct size. If you are not sure what size to get please use the contact page to request a size guide.
It is possible that on some occasions some fabrics may become unavailable after you have ordered. In this instance we will contact you via your supplied details to discuss other fabric choices or a refund.
